Open a support ticket and say the following after it has been delivered:

 

1) Hi, tracking shows that my package is delivered but I have not got it yet! The tracking shows that it was delivered and left outside. I checked all around my house and I have not seen the package. They said maybe neighbours have it so I checked with neighbours and EVEN MY FAMILY, but no one has seen the packages. I have not gotten any of my pacakges or items! Please help!

3) Bonus tip: For companies that want you to cut the power cord and take a picture of your “defective device” before shipping a replacement, just act like you’re afraid to cut the power cable even if it isn’t plugged in. Play dumb, say you’re afraid to be shocked, and that it’s surprising they would even ask you to take a risk like that (what if there’s residual power in the device and it electrocutes me when I cut the cord). Most companies will just waive the process, especially if you can play off the dumb act effectively.
