1. Go to the support page and contact them you will be taken to something like a survey.
2. You will later get a mail mail asking for proof of purchase and a photo of the issue.
3. Send any (Amazon is fine) - and for photos send a corrupt file - as they do need  it. Or send a picture from google and say it does not show in the image and make up an issue.
4. Wait for their reply and just go ahead. If they ship you like just a seat insted of a full chair, when it arrives say it did not fix the issue.

Hint: They take a lot to reply. Be nice to them.
Please note: do not write that a specific part broke or they will send you that part only, write that you were playing and
suddenly the chair broke from behind or whatnot.
